Friendly and accommodating staff.
I was frustrated by the parking situation. The $15 parking fee was an unexpected added cost on top of our room charge. The check-in process was very confusing, and I felt ignored when I needed help. The clerk seemed impatient with me. It really detracted from our stay.

Complimentary breakfast with plenty of options. Our room faced the noisy street, hard to sleep at times. Our stay was pleasant, and the spacious room was a definite plus.

The location was perfect, we could walk to places and create nice family moments. The staff was super nice, especially mary at breakfast who was kind to my little son. The indoor pool was also a hit with the kids!
